Woodridge senior Caleb Whitaker signeda national letter of intent FEb. 10 to continue his academic and soccer careers at Ashland University. Whitaker was an All-Ohio and NSCAA All-American this falls. At the signing were, in front, Caleb Whitaker.

Expectations have been high all season for the Woodridge boys bowling team. The Bulldogs clinched one of their first goals Feb. 11 with a dominant performance at the Portage Trail Conference Championships at Bill White Spins Lanes in Springfield.

Cuyahoga Falls junior Marissa Bowers set a school record in the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 1 minute, 59 seconds Feb. 11 at the Akron Division I Sectional Meet at the University of Akron. She finished ninth, which qualified her for districts.
