Simple Persuasions has announced plans to change its name and to relocate as part of the company's third expansion since 2005.
Now known as Paper Persuasions, the provider of premium custom handmade invitations and wedding accessories will move to 526 Graham Road, Unit 2 in Cuyahoga Falls. The Graham Road Shopping Plaza currently is home to three other wedding-related businesses: Wishes 'n Whims Bridal Shop, Riverfront Photography, and Just Perfect Video.
"We are excited to be a part of such a great resource for local brides, and we are honored to be located near these three well-respected wedding vendors," said Stephanie Knirk, co-owner of Paper Persuasions.
Paper Persuasions will host a Grand Opening celebration and Open House on Oct. 11 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Oct. 12 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Knirk and co-owner Stacy School will be on hand to offer invitation etiquette advice, and to assist customers with designing or selecting invitations and accessories.
Since beginning as a home-operated business in 2005 creating custom wedding invitations by hand, the company subleased space at its former location at 1558 Front St. in 2006. The addition of custom invitations for birthday, anniversary, and social parties in 2007 resulted in the need for additional space at that location.
"This latest expansion was necessitated by a surge in demand in 2008 after the company was voted 'Best Invitations' in the Akron/Canton area through the myfoxcleveland.com Hot List," said School. "The company will continue to focus on the bridal industry."
