On Monday, July 31, the Summit County Triangle Building, located at 1180 South Main St. in Akron, will be dedicated as the Russell M. Pry Building in honor of Summit County's late Executive Russ Pry, who passed away last summer.

"The Triangle Building was something Russ was very proud of," said County Executive Shapiro. "It is a beautiful example of his focus on collaboration, government efficiency and economic development, and is a symbol of his tremendous accomplishments and dedication to Summit County and its residents. We are proud to honor our late friend and County Executive in dedicating the building in his name."

The dedication will begin at 10 a.m. at 1180 South Main St. in Akron. The Department of Job and Family Services (DJFS), located on the first floor of the Triangle Building will delay opening on the 31st until noon, following the dedication ceremony, refreshments and tours. The office will open and resume normal operations at that time. In the event of an emergency, customers can visit the DJFS office inside the OhioMeansJobs Center at 1040 E. Tallmadge Avenue in Akron.
